Hello there. I hail from the Sunny Shores of Glasgow, Scotland, hence my peculiar Scottish accent. I only have 1 goal: That is to help you realise your real estate goal.
I’m an Associate Group Director at real estate company Hutton’s, home to many of the best property agents in Singapore.
In Real Estate there are a lot of moving parts, different sectors, policies, funding mechanisms. There is a lot of complexity but it doesn’t have to be. I love helping people to simplify this complexity into a simple, straight, clear plan to get them to where they want to be. I offer you a data driven approach where past transactions, trends and future developments provides a framework for you to make the most informed decision.
What you'll get working with me
Have you ever met a salesperson using high pressure, emotional tactics to get you to buy or sell? You won’t get that from me. The needs of the client always comes first. That simply means a deep understanding of what they need, their plans for the future, how they will fund it and create a plan based on those criteria. Honesty, professionalism, trustworthiness and advice free from fear or favour is what I believe will give you the maximum advice to make the most informed decisions.
A quick bio
I’m a trained mechanical engineer with a B.eng (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde. My career got a lucky start working for a famed Scottish entrepreneur called Jim McColl that sparked the entrepreneurial fervour in me. I did a string of entrepreneurial pursuits: Started a marketing business for electrical retailer BEST DENKI, building the BEST DENKI eCommerce website, opened a photo studio, building an Internet Startup and putting my MBA to use whilst heading a logistics software company. I discovered my real passion in Real Estate: the beautiful architecture, the communities and above all, it’s a story about the people who live in them.
